1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the ANMREXMYS mobile application, the official ANMREXMYS website, and the support and feedback channels we provide in connection with the product (collectively, the "Services"). It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms or services that operate under their own privacy policies.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
2. Information We Handle
2.1 Information you provide
When you contact us through in-app feedback or email, we may process the feedback category, message content, materials you choose to attach, optional contact information and related correspondence. Do not include private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, identity documents, payment-card information or other unnecessary sensitive information.
2.2 Limited technical information
Our servers may process basic technical information required to deliver content, maintain security and diagnose errors, such as request time, request path, app version and response status. When feedback or server-assisted tools are used, the server may transform a network address into a non-directly identifying hash for abuse prevention, rate limiting and security review.
2.3 Information stored locally
Language, appearance, content-loading preferences, bookmarks, browsing state, followed projects, checklist status and cached content may be stored on your device. Unless a feature clearly indicates that information must be transmitted, or you actively submit feedback, this local information is not uploaded to us as a user profile. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data will generally remove these local records.
2.4 Market and public blockchain queries
The Services may display third-party market data. If you use a public-address or contract lookup tool, the public blockchain address, network type or contract address you enter may be sent to our servers or a relevant data provider to return the requested result. Public blockchain records are generally public and immutable, but may become associated with an individual when combined with other information.
2.5 Information we do not collect
We do not provide asset custody and do not request private keys, seed phrases or transaction signatures. The current version does not require an ANMREXMYS account and does not access your contacts, precise location, camera, microphone or photo library. This website currently uses no advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
3. How We Use Information
We use information only where reasonably necessary to:
- Deliver market data, research content, app functionality and requested query results;
- Respond to feedback, support requests and other communications;
- Preserve app settings and functional continuity;
- Diagnose errors, secure the Services and prevent fraud or abuse;
- Improve content quality, performance and accessibility; and
- Comply with applicable law, regulation and valid legal process.
We do not sell personal information, build advertising profiles or use personal information for cross-app targeted advertising.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires us to identify a legal basis, we may rely on one or more of the following: performance of the Services you request or our agreement with you; your consent; our legitimate interests in securing, supporting and improving the Services; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing completed before withdrawal.
6. Retention and Security
We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to resolve disputes, enforce agreements and satisfy legal obligations. Feedback and support records are generally retained until a request is resolved and for a necessary follow-up period. Security logs are retained for a limited period proportionate to the relevant risk.
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature and risk of the information, including access controls, data minimization, transmission safeguards, log review and vendor management. No system can guarantee absolute security. Never send us a private key, seed phrase or other credential capable of controlling assets.
7. International Transfers
We and our service providers may process information outside your country or region. Data protection rules may differ across jurisdictions. Where required by applicable law, we use contractual terms, adequacy decisions or other recognized safeguards for international transfers.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on the law that applies where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a local data protection authority. Legal exceptions may limit some rights.
You can adjust language, appearance and related preferences in the app or device settings. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data can remove locally stored information. To submit a privacy request, email nicolet@partnertech.homes and describe your request and relevant interaction with us. We may reasonably verify your identity to prevent unauthorized access.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights available under applicable law.
9. Children
The Services are intended for users who have reached the age at which they may independently consent under applicable law, and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps after verification.
10. Third-Party Content and Services
The Services may display third-party data, source links or public blockchain information. Third parties are independently responsible for their services and privacy practices. Review their policies before using a third-party service. Market and on-chain data may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable and should not be treated as investment advice or a basis for executing transactions.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the Services, law or regulatory requirements change. We will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects your rights or our information practices, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
