1. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing or using the ANMREXMYS mobile application, official website or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
If you use the Services for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, "you" includes the organization.
2. Nature of the Services
ANMREXMYS provides digital asset market information, candlestick charts, structured reference content, guided research paths, risk context and research utilities. Features may vary by version, region, device or data availability.
The Services do not provide account opening, fiat or digital asset trading, asset custody, wallet-key management, credit, securities issuance or portfolio management. We do not request your private key, seed phrase or wallet password, and we do not sign transactions on your behalf.
3. Eligibility
You must have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are not of legal age, you may use the Services only where permitted by law and after a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms.
You represent that your use of the Services will not violate applicable law, sanctions, export controls or other restrictions. The Services are not offered in any jurisdiction where their use is prohibited.
4. Limited License
Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to access and use the Services on a compatible device you own or control for lawful, non-commercial purposes.
Unless applicable law expressly permits it or we provide written consent, these Terms do not grant a right to copy, distribute, publicly display, rent, sell, sublicense or commercialize the Services.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not, and must not help another person to:
- Break the law, infringe another person's rights, or engage in fraud, money laundering, market manipulation or sanctions evasion;
- Interfere with, damage or overload the Services, or bypass security controls, access restrictions, rate limits or technical protections;
- Use automated means to scrape, copy or extract Service content at scale, except where mandatory law permits it;
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code, except where applicable law prohibits this restriction;
- Upload malicious code or deceptive information, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized system or data access;
- Use the Services to track, harass or expose another person's non-public information; or
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, source, risk or other rights notices.
You are responsible for your device security, network environment, submitted information and decisions made using the Services.
6. Content, Market Data and Third-Party Sources
Prices, volume, candlestick data, network status, project information and other material may be supplied by third parties, derived from public data or prepared by us. Labels such as "live," "verified" or a displayed source do not guarantee that data is free from delays, omissions, errors or interruption.
Do not rely on the Services as the sole basis for a trade, investment, tax, legal or other significant decision. Verify information through independent, reliable sources before acting. Third-party names, trademarks and data belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership.
If the Services allow you to enter a public wallet or contract address, the tool only processes public information or returns an auxiliary result. It does not constitute our endorsement of an address, contract, token or transaction.
7. Digital Asset Risk and No Investment Advice
All Service content is provided for general information and research support. It is not investment, securities, brokerage, trading, legal, accounting, tax or other professional advice, and is not a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy, sell, hold or use an asset or service.
Digital assets are highly volatile and may be affected by technical vulnerabilities, lost keys, fraud, inadequate liquidity, smart-contract failures, governance changes, network forks, stablecoin depegging, custodian insolvency, market manipulation and regulatory changes. You may lose some or all value, and certain actions cannot be reversed.
Past performance does not indicate future results. Examples, yield models and comparisons depend on inputs and assumptions and may omit fees, slippage, taxes or risks. Make your own assessment and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services and software, interface design, text, selection, arrangement, graphics, brand elements and other material we provide are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and belong to Partner Tech Asia Pacific Corporation or the relevant licensor. We and our licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.
"ANMREXMYS" and related marks may not be used without written permission in a way that suggests affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship.
9. Feedback and Submitted Content
If you submit suggestions, comments or error reports, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and royalty-free right to use, copy, adapt and incorporate that feedback to operate, maintain and improve the Services. This does not transfer ownership of personal information contained in feedback, which remains subject to the Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights. Never submit a private key, seed phrase or other asset-control credential.
10. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, add, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Services, and may limit access by region, device or network. We will provide notice of material changes when reasonably practicable, but do not guarantee that a feature or data source will remain available.
The Services may be interrupted by maintenance, networks, third-party data sources, events beyond our reasonable control or other causes. Maintain independent records of important information and do not use the Services as the sole storage location for any data.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents and licensors disclaim all express, implied and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, security and error-free operation.
We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, that data or content will be accurate, complete, current or suitable for trading, or that defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this exclusion may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential loss arising from access to, use of or inability to use the Services, including loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity or digital assets, regardless of the theory of liability or whether we were advised that such loss was possible.
We are not responsible for loss caused by market movement, inaccurate or delayed data, third-party services, public-address or contract queries, compromised devices, key management, user action or irreversible blockchain transactions, except where applicable law prohibits limiting that responsibility.
Where applicable law does not allow part of this limitation, it applies only to the maximum extent permitted and does not affect non-waivable consumer rights.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Partner Tech Asia Pacific Corporation and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Services, infringement of another person's rights or content you submit. We may control the defense of a covered matter, and you agree to provide reasonable assistance.
14. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created a security or legal risk, or where the Services cease operation, subject to applicable law.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, risk disclosures, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity and dispute terms, will remain in effect.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Partner Tech Asia Pacific Corporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence that cannot be excluded by contract continue to apply.
Before starting formal proceedings, contact us at nicolet@partnertech.homes so the parties can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith within a reasonable period. If the dispute is not resolved, and unless mandatory law provides otherwise, it will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction over our registered office. This section does not prevent either party from seeking urgent or injunctive relief where available.
16. General Terms
These Terms and the incorporated Privacy Policy form the entire agreement regarding the Services. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be adjusted only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to exercise a right is not a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, asset transfer or lawful corporate change. Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
We may update these Terms. We will publish the revised version here with a new update date and provide additional notice of material changes where required by law. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.
